Sips & Solutions: Elevating Math Achievement for Black Students and Their Teachers

This FREE event will take place on Thursday, April 20 from 6:00 PM - 8:00PM (CST). Change agent and founder of the Black Math Genius program, Dr. Assata Moore, will be leading an inspiring and informational discussion on the current state of mathematics education and sharing how you can be a critical part of the change. 

We will provide light refreshments and drinks in a fun, safe atmosphere. All you need to do is show up with an open mind and ready to impact the students of Chicago in a way that has never happened before!

More about Assata Moore:

Assata is an expert mathematician, former high school principal, author, and thought leader in education.

She is extremely passionate about Black wealth building and inspiring the genius in our children through mathematics.

In 2009, she was voted one of the top Mathematics teachers in the state of Illinois and has been asked to visit the White House twice under the Obama administration.
